Absolutely fantastic service. We landed at Sky Harbor yesterday and experienced a main tire blowout on landing. We were disabled on the runway and their ramp team, under the leadership of Greg, was extremely helpful. Never once was safety compromised while they coordinated with airfield operations to secure and tug our disabled aircraft off the runway. Once safely off the runway, they assisted us in finding a maintenance company and the right parts to get airborne again. We were back flying within five hours of the incident! This never happens. The people at Swift were amazing hosts and customer service was nothing less than first class. Care, concern and decisive leadership set them apart...thank you!!
